I had a very strong urge to go out and stand in the rain this evening.
No, it wasn't because I needed to wash. But we live in a small forested valley where weather tends to go from one end to the other. There's often rain on one side of the house and sun on the other.
I looked out, and saw one of the most gorgeous rainbows that I've ever seen. In dazzling colours, it came out of the trees on one side, and disappeared again on the other. It looked like ione end was standing a few hundred metres beyond the neighbour's house.
