I'm keeping up

I'm getting emails. A lot of them, lately. They tend to be from people who are very busy doing business with me. They send me packages. They make mistakes. They resend packages. Sometimes they want money. They apologize. They very carefully give me reference numbers so I can see for myself that, indeed, not a single one of these messages has anything to do with any other.

I'm thinking of creating a database.
